Overview
This program prepares students for supervisory roles in the hospitality industry. Topics include front office operations, housekeeping management, food and beverage service, customer relationship management, and event planning.

About the Instructor:
Mr. Ali has 15 years of experience in hotel management, having worked with international chains in the Caribbean and Europe. He holds a Master’s in Hospitality Management and is a certified trainer by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
